I would like to introduce the situation of cherry blossoms in my neighborhood today.

This year the cherry blossoms bloomed later than usual.
It had been midwinter cold and cold rain until last week,
Today, March 30, 2024, the temperature rose quickly and became warmer!
The temperature during the daytime is 24 degrees Celsius, which makes it feel like summer.
Motorcycle riders are wearing T-shirts!

Only a few of the cherry trees had begun to bloom, but most were still in bud.

However, the weather forecast continues to predict high temperatures above 20°C (68°F),
Cherry blossoms will begin to bloom.

Next week will be the best time for cherry blossom viewing in Tokyo. (I am concerned about the weather forecast for rain…)
