Today, I’m reviewing a hot new limited-edition product found at FamilyMart: Famichiki-flavored potato chips! As a big fan of Famichiki, I just had to try them.

In short, Famichiki is a juicy fried chicken sold at FamilyMart. Among convenience store hot snacks, it’s particularly popular due to its crispy coating and flavorful chicken.

Another little-known fact: FamilyMart also sells special bread for Famichiki! The bread comes pre-sliced with tartar sauce inside, so you can simply add Famichiki to make a Famichiki Burger!

Famichiki is truly one of FamilyMart’s most beloved hot snacks.

With Famichiki’s huge popularity, it has finally been turned into potato chips!

The package features the Famichiki logo and FamilyMart’s signature yellow-striped design, which matches the actual Famichiki wrapper. Even the way the chicken sticks out halfway mimics the real packaging.

…Hmm. To be honest, perfectly replicating Famichiki’s taste in chip form seems challenging.

Of course, as a snack, it’s tasty! However, it doesn’t quite capture the juiciness and richness of the real Famichiki. That said, it does have a spicy kick, making it distinct from regular potato chips.。

My honest take? While these chips don’t fully replicate Famichiki’s iconic flavor, they’re still an enjoyable snack.
